Job Description
Introduction
This role is a great opportunity to engage in project delivery across a broad range of elements such as Service cloud, Health cloud, Marketing cloud, IoT cloud, Communities, Einstein analytics, etc. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Customers Commercial functions through the implementation of new SFDC solutions, maintenance of existing functions and contributing to our enterprise integration program.

Your Responsibilities

Having experience in lightning framework for internal and external user's support.
Experience in Service Cloud.
Maintain custom solutions on force.com platform using Apex and Visual force.
Overall Administrative functions within Salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of user profile and permission.
Having working experience as a System Admin working on Sales, Service and Community clouds.

Mandatory Skills

Should have worked as Salesforce administrator or developer in large projects and should have interacted with users to understand their issues.
Should have good overall SFDC architectural knowledge, hands on experience in Salesforce administration activities.

Desirable Skills

Salesforce Service cloud.
Salesforce admin certified.
