We have a hybrid workplace with offices in Lisbon. Our SFMC Consultants report to the SFMC Team Lead. Job Description What do our Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultants do? Work on projects to implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for our clients. Build, test, execute, and optimize customer journeys and marketing campaigns. Work with customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements. Automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Advise and consult our clients on how to maximize the platform. Conduct workshops with project partners. Qualifications What person and previous experience are we looking for? 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL. Team player with a friendly attitude towards others. Someone who is ready to accept new challenges and is not looking for routine work. Accustomed to communicating technical aspects to internal and client teams. Familiar with the following concepts: Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, IP warm-up, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Customer Journeys, Data Modelling.
