About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator to join our team and help us optimize our Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce Data Cloud environment. This role involves managing data integrations, ensuring data quality, and supporting users to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce Data Cloud in meeting business objectives.
What you will be doing:
Administer and configure Salesforce Data Cloud to meet business requirements.
Manage data integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity within the Salesforce Data Cloud.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Data Cloud users.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
What you will bring to the role:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with specific experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
Experience with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, ETL tools).
Proficiency in using Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of data governance and data management principles.
