Salesforce Business Consultant: Ability to analyze business processes, identify problems and propose solutions using the Salesforce platform.Communication ability to interact with different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical equipment.Ability to install and translate business requirements into understandable Salesforce processes and specifications.Previous work experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including managing users, profiles, roles and access.Experience in configuring objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows and automation.Experience using Salesforce tools such as Flow and reports/dashboards.Experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Preferably with Salesforce, Administrator and/or Sales certifications.
