Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' business needs and align with industry best practices. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform
Develop technical documentation and provide guidance on best practices
Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations
Contribute to the development and maintenance of company-wide Salesforce standards and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect (CAA) are highly preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
