The Company You'll Work For:
A Renowned company in the consumer electronics industry, known for its innovative solutions, based in Lisbon.
Your New Role:
A results-oriented and passionate Territory Manager who speaks English, French, German, and/or Dutch to join the team, in order to partner with and support distributors in planning and executing the company strategy. You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with key channel partners and serve as the first point of contact. Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to create and execute new product launch plans, identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic growth plans. Achieve sell-through target revenue and gross margin objectives, while ensuring budget targets are met, and coordinate with support teams to meet partner needs.
What You Need to Succeed:
Strong results orientation and business performance management skills, with experience in market development and remote account management. A solid understanding of offline and online marketing. Proficiency in product forecasting and sales budgeting. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Effective training skills. Over 8 years of experience in B2B sales management and distributor management. Hands-on experience managing key accounts across multiple geographies. Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry. Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, German, and Dutch are a plus.
