If you are willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, Forvia is the place to be!Our GBS is looking for a Sales Support Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesInternship Plan1- Be able to correctly perform all tasks in the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Update of customer and intercompany prices; Placing open orders, closed orders and canceled orders (for parts, transport, D&D) for external customers for all European plants and internal customers;Maintaining material master data and creating material information record;Support Sales Administration and cooperate with the Accounts Receivable team to support any topic related to invoicing and cash tracking.2- Be able to manage and carry out tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the work group and the organization:Archive documents and reports;Participate in Problem Solving Groups and/or participate in improvement groups with a view to solving problems;Propose solutions and methodologies that contribute to the optimization of teamwork processes;The ideal candidate will have/be:No experience requiredHigh school, Degree in business schoolGood with computer skills (MS Office), Knowledge of SAP is a plus.Good communication skills in English (mandatory), French or German or Spanish (valued)Analytical mindset
