Job Offer: Remote/Hybrid Inbound Sales Specialist for TK + UK

Position: Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you will engage in the Connect, Shop, and Buy phases of the customer journey. You will help customers explore the features and benefits of products and services to determine which ones fit their wants or needs or place an order.
Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone or chat, ensuring they have a seamless experience akin to visiting a physical store.
Information Provision: Provide customers with information about the store, including its location and hours, upon request.

Training:

Training Period: 15 working days.
Preliminary Contract: Sign a preliminary contract for the first 60 working days on your first day, during which training will be provided.
Post-Training Contract: After successful completion of training, sign a foreseeable 12-month contract.

Working Hours:

Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 24:00.
Daily Working Time: Assigned a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break.

Requirements:

A valid Portuguese residence card or a permanent visa is required.
Sales experience (1 year preferred).
Language proficiency in Turkish and English (preferred).
Legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Pay: 1,410.00€ per month
