David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Representative with Czech for their Lisbon office. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium--
sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a
conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.

Position: Sales Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
Managed each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focused on closing sales.
Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Czech (C2) + Proficiency in English (B2);
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;
Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
Working in a dynamic environment, with customer satisfaction in mind;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
Extraordinary teammate, thriving in an environment where camaraderie matters.

OFFER:

Affordable accommodation in single rooms in shared apartments provided by the employer
Sponsored yearly flight back home and return of flight costs to Portugal
40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
