Purpose of the Job:

As part of the commercial department, the main objective of the sales operations specialist is to ensure operational excellence so that orders can be received and fulfilled on the right terms and on time.
Decision-making support: Analyzing and reporting on performance (HMR and non-HMR).
Ensuring the operationalization of the promotional plan, enabling its perfect execution. Developing, maintaining and supporting commercial systems (Veeva, FSFA).
Promote the simplification and improvement of processes (reduction of administrative tasks).

Requirements:

3 years' experience in operations.
At least 1 year's experience with SalesForce.
English B2.

Main Responsibilities:

Support in defining the process and executing the strategic commercial plans in collaboration with the Sales Director and the commercial teams.
Leading First SFA and Veeva CRM in Portugal: developing, implementing and optimizing the sales process in Sales Force to increase efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
Parameterization and management of Customers, Commercial Conditions, Products and Price Rules in Sales Force.
Order management: ensuring alignment in the internal WOW for placing and managing orders.
Analyzing customer performance and ensuring correct parameterization of customer segmentation, objectives and performance incentives.
Ensuring OTIF for customer rappel measurement and payments.
Retain sales records (archive of contracts and consents); follow up with the owner and responsible management (compliance).
Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics and insights to track progress and support decision making.
Providing day-to-day support to KAMs and sales representatives in order to facilitate the conclusion of contracts and the placement of orders.
Guide, develop and organize the workload of the sales trainee.
