We are in search of a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Business Development team as our new #bloqstar. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a passion for sales and technology. This role involves supporting the sales process, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and helping drive revenue growth. What will be your responsibilities Assist senior sales managers in developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends; Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as needed; Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels (e.G., online research, industry events, and social media); Maintain and own the database of prospects and leads in the CRM system; Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, present solutions, while providing exceptional customer service; Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, tracking and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs; Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals, staying updated on industry trends and product offerings; Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. What are the requirements to join us in this position Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the technology or logistics industry; Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
