Cleverti has recently joined 99x Group, and we are gearing up to escalate our Nearshoreoperations in a big way! Tohelp in the pursuit of this quest, we are on the lookout for a SalesDevelopment Representative who speaks German to join our Sales Team and quickly become a pivotalmember of our business development efforts. Thisperson will be joining our sales and business development team, with the crucialmission of expanding our operations in the German-speaking markets. Theresponsibilities in this position will progressively increase – but quitequickly. Initially,you will be responsible for "opening doors" by scheduling meetings withprospects (you will also attend these meetings with the colleague responsiblefor closing the sale). As youget a bit more familiar with our services and processes, you will transition into a full-cycle business developer, taking care of the sale itself andmanaging the resulting relationship with the client. As ouroperations grow, you will also have the chance to be responsible for a sales team of your own, closing deals arranged by other Sales DevelopmentRepresentatives. Wewill not raise barriers to the channels and approaches you consider suitable toperform these responsibilities. Whether it is attending onsite events, onlineevents, using LinkedIn, e-mail, or cold calling – you can count on us toprovide you with the resources and solutions necessary. Ideally,our future colleague has: 1-2years of experience in sales or business development – IT market experience would beperfect! (Not mandatory - interest in the area is what we look for the most.) Knowledgeand management of CRM solutions – we work with HubSpot. (Not mandatory.) Native or a super-fluent level of German proficiency. High level of English proficiency. Attentionto detail, good organizational skills, proactivity and persistence, and workcapacity. Wework in a hybrid model, so this person should also be able to join us at theoffice two times a week – we are based in Miraflores, Algés.
