We are a team of highly motivated and committed 100 members based in Sintra and are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team.
Your Role Prepare commercial proposals and follow up
File invoices and related commercial documentation
Manage correspondence and general commercial documents
Record business transactions and handle proposal responses
Create and send order confirmations and checklists to clients
Manage the general and international company emails
About You Prior professional experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
Strong time-management capabilities and meet deadlines dependably
Ability in problem-solving and great attention to detail
Continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change by responding to business requirements
Team player with the ability to supervise own work to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with set procedures.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
