THE ROLEWe are looking for university students or recent graduates who are seeking genuine work experience, vocational placement or an internship located in our Headquarters in Lisbon.As a Marketplace Host & Operations Intern you'll be representing our brand, this role will be responsible for providing our hosts with world-class support related to onboarding to the platform, rental operations and other generic queries regarding the daily relationship between them and our platform.
You will also be having a direct impact in our hosts and platform performance by being part of the team that suggests best practices to hosts and controls their performance.

Key Responsibilities:Host Support: Respond to host inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Assist hosts with troubleshooting issues related to their listings, bookings, and payments.Provide guidance and training to hosts on platform features and best practices.Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new listings in the region, driving marketplace growth.
Rental Operations: Assist with data entry and maintenance of rental listings on the platform.Help streamline and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency.Monitor rental bookings and ensure accurate and timely updates to the system.
Customer Service: Be the direct point of contact between the Marketplace team and Customer Support teamAddress and engage with the customer support team to help resolve any customer concerns or complaints when it is related to our hosts.Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication between departments identifying and building new synergies.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with onboarding of new hosts documentation, and organisation of rental agreements and host contracts.Help prepare reports and presentations for hosts and management team as needed.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or recent graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field;Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish or Italian/German.
Any other language skill is a plus;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities;Comfortable on answering incoming phone calls and responding to online inquiries;Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills;Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software platforms;You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;Passionate about the travel and hospitality industry, with a keen interest in RVs and outdoor adventures.
