Mission and Responsibilities The person occupying this position will be in charge of strategic client accounts, being accountable for the strategy, budget, team, and sales target. Reports to Sales Director. Key Responsibilities Sell-in and sell-out targets, including line channels. Overall negotiation with clients: trade agreements, brand visibility at POS, promotion plan according to company strategy. Lead sales team. Sales forecast for the accounts. Lead company projects in the market. Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams. Minimum Requirements Experience leading sales teams - minimum 3 years. Experience in Beauty Industry (Desirable). Negotiation and communication skills. Autonomous, passionate, and ambitious. Strong analytical skills. Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively. Passion for Beauty. Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
