We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will assist creators in navigating platform features, optimizing their channels, and resolving technical issues. You will also ensure adherence to platform guidelines, offering excellent customer service while supporting content monetization, policy compliance, and troubleshooting.
Start Date: December 9, 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (weekends off!)
Working Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on monetization opportunities and channel optimization strategies.
Stay updated with platform policies, safety, and copyright guidelines.
Assist with account settings and resolve issues related to content ID and rights management.
Address policy, safety, and copyright-related queries, including navigation policy and ad content guidelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues such as video playback, uploading problems, account bugs, and membership concerns.
Languages Required:
Russian (B2-C1)
Polish (B2)
English (B2)
Other Requirements:
Strong written communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to quickly learn and adhere to platform guidelines and policies.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Residing in Lisbon or open to relocate to work onsite (relocation assistance is provided).
EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal OR a valid certificate of temporary protection.
