Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. 
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a  RPA Technical Support Analyst (French Speaker)  to work in this project in  Porto (Hybrid). You must have: - 2+ years of IT experience on application supportProficient in RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA processes;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze RPA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance;
- Knowledge with programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net);
- Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions, as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes;
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the capability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment;
- Client Centric customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand end-users' needs, provide exceptional support, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders;
- Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices in the RPA field, as well as the capability to continuously learn and improve skills to stay updated with the latest developments in RPA;
- Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience.
Nice to have: - UiPath Certification(s);
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
- Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
- Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana.
