Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rewards Manager to join our team and be placed at our client's office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the client's rewards programs across multiple countries. This role is critical in ensuring the compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the client's organizational goals. The candidate will work closely with local HR teams to support them with their specific challenges related to rewards, including market data-driven decisions, benefits renewals, and more. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the client's objectives and market trends. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in all the countries under scope. HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to monitor the effectiveness of rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Regional Support: Work closely with local HR teams in different countries to address their specific challenges related to rewards, such as market data-driven decisions and benefits renewals. Leadership Support: Provide the regional leadership team with tools and resources to facilitate decision-making processes, including employment cost calculators, gender pay gap analysis, salary ranges, and more. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Proven ability to develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience working with HR teams across multiple countries is preferred. Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Portugal is preferred.
