Rewards Associate Position purpose: You will be responsible for the development and implementation of employee benefits in Iberia (Spain, Canary Islands, & Portugal), and for administration of personnel related programs, including compensation, benefits, IA's and general office services, as well as budget control.
What will you do – responsibilities: Managing the administration of the employees' compensation such as: salaries, bonuses, flex allowances, other benefits and fringes on a monthly basis and supervises the accurate preparation and notification to Payroll provider;Ensure the accuracy of the documents generated by the payroll provider and proceed with the payroll payments.Manage the monthly closing of payroll and the posting on SAP.Budgeting and controlling the salaries and benefits budget, monitoring and controlling on a monthly basis the actual expenses vs. approved budget (APSP based);Analyzing the market movement in terms of benefits and compensations based on surveys results, proposing the adequate actions, ensuring a competitive market position, in order to attract and retain qualified personnel.IAs management or local to local movements in line with Corporate policy and Portuguese legislation.Ensuring legal documentation regarding relocation/repatriations.Communication with the GBS regarding any change in employees data, queries or any ad-hoc reports.Maintaining accurate data in all rewards systems as well as Policies and procedures applicable in any of the markets.Ensuring compliance with Spanish & Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes and procedures in order to avoid potential labor issues and conflicts.Who are we looking for – requirements: University Degree or equivalent education. Human Resources background4 years of experience in Rewards area and Personnel Administration in a multinational companyExperience in labor legislationFinance experience is a plusGood knowledge of SAP HR or SFAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelNative Portuguese.
