The Rewards Analyst (Trainee) supports seamless operation of Rewards activity, being responsible for supporting comprehensive compensation analysis and processes and auditing compensation information and dashboards.Job DescriptionData Management: You collaborate with stakeholders to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.Reporting and Analytics: You assist in routine compensation processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles by preparing information and supporting the validation of results.Partnership and Collaboration: You partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that the timeline of compensation activities is met. You partner with the HRIS team to perform simple testing of compensation functionalities.Internal Customer Support: You support employees and managers in terms of processes.What will it takeDecision making: Typically, you will have the authority to determine the most effective approach related to day-to-day analysis within defined methodology. Higher-level approvals are required for data changes or others that have substantial financial or long-term implications.Customer Focus: Actively seeks to understand the needs of internal users and stakeholders. Able to exercise a high level of confidentiality.Technical Knowledge and SkillsExperience with HR practices and processes (preferred).Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits (preferred).Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.Position RequirementsEducation: University Degree required, preferably in Economics, Management, Accountancy, or similar.Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience (preferred).IT Skills: Highly proficient or expert level in MS Excel, including pivot tables.Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English.Working arrangements: Minimum 3 days a week in the office.Traveling required: No travel required.
