We're looking for a hands-on Retention Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our customer retention efforts. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Create and manage targeted retention campaigns Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience Monitor and report on key retention metrics Optimize the subscription model and customer journey Conduct customer research and feedback analysis Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Desired Qualities: Proactive and results-oriented mindset Creativity in problem-solving and campaign development Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats #J-18808-Ljbffr
