Job Description:The Retail Sales Development Executive Iberia will be responsible for driving significant new business across the NIQ & GfK portfolio within the cluster. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets by identifying and driving new business opportunities to add incremental revenues for our organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop a strategic understanding of our retailer's industry/business/markets/clusters.Drive client growth through expanding our client base among the Retail Industry and establishing a strong understanding of the client's business and proactively seek opportunities to offer additional services.Strategic business development focusing on a long tail of retailers operating in Spain and Portugal, leveraging the entire NIQ & GfK portfolio with the aim of growing revenue/services across our solutions and brands.Identifying new key stakeholders across the buying centers of existing Retail Partners and Key Prospects and introducing our services and benefits applying winning strategic selling techniques (e.g., Stakeholder mapping, Competitive intelligence, SPIN, etc.).Managing RFPs (from need assessment to pitch presentations all the way to negotiation and closing larger deals) in close collaboration with the respective Key Account Manager / AD and our brands and solutions to answer Key Business Questions of Retailers with (integrated) solutions.Proactively win Retailers currently not benefiting from our strong assets when making decisions and also WIN key Retailers to our Retail Partner Program.Increase penetration of the NIQ/GfK solution portfolio and seek strategic alliances leveraging partnerships with third parties (for Pricing, Assortment, Loyalty, OSA, Business Intelligence, Discover, Newron and Collaborative programs) to create strong dependency of retailers on our capabilities and information.Champion of some of our key assets (among Activate, BES, Pricing, CMI…) or for providing integrated solutions for one of the most relevant business questions (Business Intelligence, Category Management, Price Management…).Building a network of effective and meaningful relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, to maximize business opportunities.Implement Global and Regional strategy and organization, being able to drive change.Represent NIQ/GfK at Retail industry & networking events.Accurately forecasting revenue to your line manager and assuring pipeline accuracy.Requirements:Min 4-year experience in managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives.SaaS solutions sales experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results against revenue targets and KPIs.Retail Expertise.Fluent in both Spanish & Portuguese.Strong Communication and Time-Management skills.What we can offer:Work in a dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies.Benefits & flexible working hours, hybrid work options.Internal trainings will be provided together with a detailed onboarding agenda.Staff and team events.#LI-FCAdditional InformationOur Benefits:Flexible working environment.Volunteer time off.LinkedIn Learning.Employee-Assistance Program (EAP).About NIQ:NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
