Retail Management Consultant

We are hiring Retail Management Consultants!

What are we looking for?

Degree in Management, Economics or similar;

Proven experience in Management Consulting;

Experience in ERP implementation projects;

Experience designing organizational models and in process optimization;

Experience in the Food Retail sector with knowledge of offer management and store operations;

Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization;

Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

French knowledge is a plus.

What would your daily tasks look like?

Responsible for systemize the gaps and associated requirements and lead discussion sessions;

Support the identification of new gaps and associated requirements;

Propose business solutions, requirements and new ways of working, as well as changes to improve processes, gaps and tools in production;

Give support in the preparation of workshops and internal working sessions;

Supports the business team in the test script and the testers.
