Intellias is looking for a skilled Delivery Director with excellent communication skills and experience in the Retail domain. Requirements: Proactive and result-oriented. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management of Information Systems. 3+ years of full-time practice as a Delivery Director / Program Manager and 5+ years in management in total in the field of software outsourcing industry. Track record of accounts led in the Retail domain. Pre-sales and client engagement experience is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Readiness for multitasking, self-organisation, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others. Experience in direct communication with C, VP level on the client side. Responsibility and ownership for allocated accounts is required. Readiness to make "hands dirty" in issue resolution on a low level. Previous experience in software development as a developer is a plus. Experience in managing teams of 100+ people. Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by example, multi-cultural awareness, and previous experience of work in different countries is a plus. Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, requirement analysis, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and quality assurance. Good understanding of different software delivery methodologies - Scaled Agile, DAD, SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, RUP, Waterfall. PRINCE 2 or PMI certifications are desirable. Readiness for business trips. Native or fluent English. Responsibilities: Managing delivery of several Retail accounts. Active contribution to pre-sales, developing accounts from scratch. Business development and account management in required areas. Working closely with stakeholders on both sides to manage the day-to-day work of the development team. Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Coaching customers, explaining best practices in management and engineering processes, tailoring and facilitating the right software engineering processes, and defining the roles and responsibilities of all project team members.
