We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant/Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the-- day operations of our restaurants/hotels, ensuring the highest level of customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the operations of restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining- quality standards, addressing customer concerns, and proactively seeking feedback.Develop and implement operational plans, including staffing, training, and scheduling, to meet business needs and ensure smooth operations.Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory, to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability.Collaborate with- functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and culinary, to drive innovation, implement new initiatives, and enhance the overall dining experience.Stay-- date with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences, and recommend strategies to remain competitive and meet changing demands.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests. Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and overseeing restaurant operations, preferably in a- unit setting.Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving operational success.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.Exceptional- solving and- making abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions.Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including-- house and-- house procedures.Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.International experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable.A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
