Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;Driven by results with strong leadership competencies;Guest and quality-oriented.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department;Conduct daily briefings to explain menus and dishes, ensuring employees are well-prepared to provide correct information to customers;Responsible for acquiring consumable materials and products, maintaining material and equipment, and controlling drinks stock;Ensure quality scores are achieved and maintained;Complies with and enforces H.A.C.C.P. standards and/or company-defined norms;Uphold Martinhal standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs;Recruit, train, motivate, and coordinate the Food & Beverage team to achieve top performance;What do we offer?
