Job Description
As a Resource and Invest Planner you will be responsible for planning, allocating, and managing resources to optimize production processes, meet customer demand, and achieve business objectives. On top of this, the role also entails securing necessary investment budgets for equipment, production floors, and other capital projects, controlling the investment budget throughout the year, and preparing and presenting capital projects to the board to secure funding. You will also take the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive 3-month training assignment located in Germany to gain invaluable hands-on experience and knowledge of processes.
In your new role you will:
Be responsible for Resource planning, including:Calculate capacities of equipment and production linesManage demands of the DivisionInitiate productivity projects to increase capacities or prepare investments in new equipmentSupport KPI achievements and TCR (Target Cost Roadmap) planning cycleSupport layout-planning of production floorsSupport headcount planningBe responsible for Invest planning, including:Support TCR (Target Cost Roadmap) cycle with the goal of securing the necessary invest budget for equipment, production floors, etc.Control the invest budget throughout the yearPrepare capital projects (CPs) and present them to the Backend board in order to secure the invest budget for specific equipmentCreate and maintain invest orders in the system Your Profile
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Your strong collaboration and teamwork skills allow you to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and finance.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar field of studiesMinimum 3 years of experience in resource planning and invest planning - preferably in the automotive or industrial manufacturing industryHigh competency in project management and high knowledge of systems and systematic for Resource / Invest PlanningWillingness to travel to Regensburg for on-the-job trainingFluency in English (mandatory)Please send us your CV in English.
