Responsible for managing the Central Resource Schedule system (PSA)Maintain Consultants skills update in PSA.Monitor and update PSA with Projects at stage 3 within our sales cycle. Provide weekly updates with the progress of pipeline opportunities.Update ongoing bookings based on the Project Managers project plan.Maintain and update project codes, replace placeholder codes with actual ones, follow up with Project Managers once the new project is created.Support Head of Resourcing and Resource Managers with the accuracy of the resource requirements in the system.Create profiles for New Joiners and keep in sync with HR when new resources/people are joining/leaving Hitachi.Ensure the profile information into PSA is up to date: activating and deactivating of consultants profile.Support Resource Managers with Resourcing demand management.Extract, create and maintain existing reports.Support Resource managers with training requirements and yearly Graduate Trainee programmes.B. Responsible for Absence management:Timely approving the logged time absence requests.Keep in sync with the Project managers to ensure absence requests are not colliding with project plans.Reflect sick leaves into PSA.When there is a vacation cancellation - clarifying the project involvement and restoring the project bookings.Staffing responsibilities: managing resource requirements for small projects: presales work, projects with up to 5 project team members.Monitor the bookings of the consultants; regular tracking of thepreliminary (soft) bookings.Monitor and address overbooking.C. Responsible for managing the CVs database for all consultants:Ensure all consultants have CVs in the HiSO template
