Sou uma empresa: The LargoThis is a full-time, on-site role at a hotel in Porto, beginning with a 1-month probation period on a 1-year contract. ABOUT THE ROLE The Largo offers bespoke experiences, with each itinerary crafted by unique project partners. The reservations team sells not just rooms but the destination itself, carefully selecting one of the 18 rooms to fit the needs of each traveler and crafting personalized itineraries from pre-approved partners and experiences. The team liaises with exclusive Travel Advisors and high-net-worth travelers, making attention to detail and confidence crucial in this service-focused sales role. RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle reservations through phone, email, and video calls with guests, Personal Assistants, and Travel Advisors. - Proactively manage leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. - Provide bespoke information for new inquiries and gather key details for personalized itineraries. - Attend meetings on behalf of the DOSM/House Manager, offering insights into reservations. - Ensure smooth execution of reservations, including follow-up and pre-arrival emails. - Gather guest preferences and create thoughtful itineraries, identifying opportunities for special touches. - Provide feedback to the Experience Curator to help identify new partners. EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION - Book project partners for finalized itineraries. - Collaborate with Operational Teams (FOH, boat crew, F&B) to ensure seamless handovers. - Maintain communication with FOH during guests' stays to provide last-minute information and personalized service. - Monitor daily bookings and coordinate with FOH to ensure rooms are perfectly prepared. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Update Travel Advisors profiles and assist the DOSM with sales contracts. - Maintain communication with new and existing sales relationships. - Act as an ambassador of The Largo and Porto, building strong relationships with guests and their networks. CANDIDATE PROFILE - Strong communication skills, able to establish rapport across cultures. - Organized, systematic approach to sales/reservations. - Independent decision-making with the ability to follow directions. - Team player with a proactive attitude, keen on workflow improvements. - Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management. - Language requirements: English (C2) and Portuguese (C1); B2 candidates may be considered based on experience. - Shift patterns include weekends and late shifts.Requisitos :
