We are looking for Researchers to join our international project related to GIS and the automotive industry. Work Schedule: Standard for the EU Team: The team is international and distributed across various countries. Travel: This role might require doing some field trips if necessary because the client needs to validate the source of ground truth. Responsibilities: Do market research around the trends in the auto industry (speed limits (EVCS), other ADAS speed limits, signs, road types, and more). Work with the internal policy team on policy creation for the countries. Conduct meta QC and random checks to identify quality issues. Create country metrics for quality. Act as an owner for the country for queries from any other internal team on country-related matters. Qualifications: Minimum of three to four years of research experience, specializing in either the auto industry, multimodal transport, roads planning, or highways planning. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of market research methodologies. Good local knowledge. Ability to handle research across 5-6 countries within EMEA. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across different teams and locations. Flexibility to prioritize high-priority tasks and adapt to changing requirements. Proficiency in English is required. Additional language proficiency relevant to the allocated countries within EMEA is a plus. Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and draw actionable insights. Ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports and presentations.
