Position: Requirements Engineer/Analyst
Location: Venda do Pinheiro, Lisbon, Portugal
Work regime: flexible hybrid- 1st month of work: once a week in the office (20% on-site)- After the first month: 1 to 2 days a month in the office (on-site regime up to 5%)

Over time, it has expanded its portfolio with innovative solutions to serve the parcel market, especially in e-commerce.
Responsibilities and Tasks of the Job
As a Requirements Engineer/Analyst, you will support your Stream Aligned team in the Shipment domain to sustainably increase the value of their products throughout the entire lifecycle;
Together with the Product Owner, you will identify, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements in Epics and User Stories and maintain them in the Product Backlog;
Together with your team, you will develop iteratively in small steps, get direct customer/stakeholder feedback, and regularly measure the value of your products;
Together with your team and Product Owner, you will design technical solutions and requirements specifications;
You will work "T-shaped", supporting your team with documentation and technical testing.
Mandatory Skills
Agile mindset and the ambition to work with your team to drive sustainable value from your products;
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study;
Experience as Requirements Engineer/Analyst;
Experience in specifying complex IT systems and working in heterogeneous system landscapes;
Practical experience in software design, development, or technical testing;
Experience in the transport and logistics or CEP (courier, express, parcel) industry is an advantage;
Being a Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) is an advantage;
High level of comprehension, good self-organization, and results orientation;
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company success;
Self-driven, careful, and reliable with strong customer focus, openness, good communication, and teamwork skills;
Advanced English is mandatory.
