Our client, a leading player in the retail banking sector, is seeking a Reporting and Optimisation Specialist to join their Human Resources Department in the Information Management Area. This is a permanent role within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities: Obtaining data from various databases and information sources to standardise it for reporting purposes
Creating internal, external, and regulatory reports required by the HR Department
Unifying information across different HR areas and producing easily accessible reports
Building strong relationships within the HR Department to understand and extract necessary data
Identifying opportunities to enhance methods and applications to improve daily work and reporting within the HR Department
Implementing best practices and providing training and on-the-job support to enhance efficiency
Job Requirements: Experience in data analysis and SQL
Proficiency in data extraction, ETL processes, and Excel
Ability to work autonomously and build trust within the HR Department
Understanding of reporting needs in a regulated banking environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
