Reporting And Kpi Analyst

We're looking for a Reporting and KPI analyst to support our prestigious client. What are gonna be your main responsabilities:
?Reporting, Dashboard and other activities linked to Training performance monitoring;
?Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;
?Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;
?Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;
?Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department. What are we looking for?
? Master's degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialisation or certification in Data Analytics, Business; Intelligence or related areas being a plus;
? Fluent in English (written and verbal);
? At least 3 years of experience;
? Advanced Excel;
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Offer:
? Base salary: 1.600€ + Meal allowance 8,32€/day;
? Schedule: 09h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday.
