Remote Hungarian Speaking Junior Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Available to candidates residing from Coimbra to Algarve) Language Requirement: C2 or Native Hungarian Employment Type: Permanent Contract (3-month trial period) Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotative Shifts) 2 rotative days off per week Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Provide detailed information on products and services.
Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Qualifications: Native or C2 level proficiency in Hungarian.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in customer service is a bonus but not required.
