About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team.
This is a remote position based in Porto, Portugal, ideal for local candidates.
You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Document and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts within the schedule below): Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Occasionally, availability from 08:00 - 19:00 is required.
Days off: Two rotative days per week.
Requirements: Fluency in German (native or near-native level).
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
Availability to work flexible and rotative shifts.
Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
