Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements Native or near-native German language (C2)
Very good command of the English language (B2 – C1)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
