Key Details Location: Remote (Must reside in continental Portugal, North to South)Language Requirement: Fluency in French (mandatory)Schedule:Monday to SundayEarly shift: 08:00 to 17:00Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00Rotational days off (we prioritize two consecutive days off whenever possible)Joining Date: 16th January 2025Hiring Process:Application reviewLanguage assessmentOne or two French interviews with the client What Youll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.Resolve issues and provide accurate information about tourism-related services.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and performance.Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. What Were Looking For Previous customer service experience (mandatory).Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Adaptability to a rotational schedule.Candidates must not have worked for this client in another BPO previously.
