Role Overview: German-Speaking Customer Service Agent Start Dates: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024 Location: Fully remote, based in Porto, Portugal Schedule Details: Rotating Shifts, Rotative 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Occasional availability until 19:00 may be required Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 1,100 EUR(distributed over 14 payments annually) Monthly Sales Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR for qualifying agents Work Model: 100% remote within Portugal Required Documentation for Candidates EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visas (under consultation) Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Background in Contact Centers or Customer Service preferred.
Additional expertise in Sales, Tourism, or Travel is advantageous.
