Relocation Support- French Customer Advisor

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical concerns.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team for further resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
Record and document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualifications Fluency in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
No prior experience required – open to entry-level candidates .
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule Monday to Friday : 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
Saturday and Sunday : 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
Days Off : 2 rotational days off each week.
