We are now looking for enthusiastic Relocation Advisors for the Italian Market to support our ongoing mission of delivering world-class customer care.
Responsibilities As a Relocation Advisor, your mission is to assist travelers in having a seamless experience, from planning their booking to resolving post-travel issues professionally.
Your daily tasks will include: Assisting customers in online and telephone bookings of hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
Managing customer requests regarding payments, cancellations, changes, and complaints.
Resolving issues related to bookings and managing in-travel and post-travel concerns.
Supporting suppliers, particularly hotels, and ensuring client satisfaction by resolving issues in a professional manner.
Key Requirements Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and a strong level of English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
Adaptive to stress and capable of managing difficult situations.
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable using new computer software and tools.
Training Details We believe in a strong foundation to ensure your success: Duration: 20 working days.
Content Highlights: Integration into the team, software training, product training about services, and customer management for telephone, email, and chat support.
Compensation During Training: Proportionally paid weekly (92.80 gross/week) and daily (18.56 gross/day).
Contract Signing: Upon successful completion of training, you will sign an employment contract (12 months renewable).
Premature termination of training will result in no compensation.
Working Conditions Schedule: 5 days per week on rotational shifts (including weekends), 8 hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
Working hours are between 08:00 and 20:00.
Holidays: Portuguese public holidays apply.
If working on a holiday, you will receive a compensation day you can use later.
During the first year, proportional vacation days up to 20 days.
By the second year, you are entitled to 22 annual vacation days.
Location: Lisbon office.

Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package: Base Salary: 1,040.66 gross/month.
Meal Allowance: 7/day via prepaid card (~154/month).
Holiday & Christmas Bonuses: Paid as monthly installments (equal to one months base salary annually).
Possible monthly gross earnings: 1,240.66 (with company-provided apartment).
1,366.55 (without apartment).
Additional Benefits: Fully furnished company-provided accommodation (available for 14 months minimum) includes all expenses (electricity, internet, water, etc.
), located 2060 minutes from the workplace.
Open to applicants living 100+ km from Lisbon.
Health Insurance from day one of the employment contract.
Meal allowance exempt from taxes and usable in restaurants and supermarkets.
Other Details Contract Type: Initial employment for 12 months , renewable for another 12 months.
Eligible for a permanent contract after 2 years of employment.
Trial Period: One-month trial after contract signing, where performance, attendance, and punctuality will be evaluated.
