Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a reference organization in the areas of medical technology and security Descrição Carry out monitoring and control of the Income Statements, Working Capital and Service Stock in your Area of Responsibility; Maintain contact with customers, in all aspects related to Service Classic, for all Safety segments operating in your Region; Collect, plan and maximize coverage of the demand for field work in every momentDeploy processes and manage resources in the area of responsibility; Carry out the audit of the service provided and lead continuous improvement initiativeswithin your Area of Responsibility; Provide support to otherDepartments, coordinating at all times with the rest of Service and Sales teamsDevelopment of the staff under their charge, guaranteeing that all staff have tools, competencies and skills necessary to carry out their work optimal way, prioritizing your training plan and continuous improvement; Coordinate access to client facilities and the compliance with all current regulatory requirements. Perfil ideal Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Demonstrable experience managing Service regions, at the time of applying for the position.Demonstrable experience directly managing work teams at the time of applying for the position.Microsoft Office tools.
