This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!  As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a world-leading Medical company. You will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries regarding medical devices. This is a versatile inbound role where providing first time resolution to your clients is important.  We are looking for candidates who have:  Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleExperience in the hospitality/travel industry desiredAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and develop  The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
