Join a multinational pharmaceutical company assuming the Regional Sales Manager – Sul position, based in Lisbon.
Your new role
This professional will be responsible for leading a high-performance team to develop a vision and strategy aligned with the therapeutic area and the business, setting high expectations for value creation, monitoring apresentação and taking appropriate action. In addition, this professional will select, develop and retain sales representatives, working in partnership with them to create individual development plans and identify key customers.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, who possesses strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills. This professional must have the ability and experience to lead a team. A degree in Economics, Life Sciences or Marketing is required. An MBA would be valued. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English are mandatory.
