You would cooperate with Talent Advisors in EMEA and USA/LATAM region using active sourcing in LinkedIn and other available platforms to bring more candidates to the position's pipeline.Teamwork. Our sourcing team helps each other whenever needed, we cooperate, support each other, advise and brainstorm. We learn and grow together.Creativity. We never get an easy position to work on. We are constantly looking for more options and better ways to find the right person for the job.Self-discipline. You plan your day, your weekly tasks and execute. This position is challenging; that is why we prefer candidates with at least 1.5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.International mindset.
