About the roleWe're looking for a Recruitment Sourcer who'll take our sourcing strategies to the next level. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician who will support the development of engineering talent pipelines. Someone who will play in our team at one goal - to bring the world's top A-Players to Revolut.
What you'll be doingBuilding and implementing sourcing strategiesHelping to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaignsFinding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniquesWorking with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging dataUtilising our ATS to store, manage, and engage talent pools of appropriate candidatesWhat you'll need3+ years Agency and/or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top of the market talent in Tech firmsA deep understanding of the software engineering hiring landscape and complexity of global talent marketsThe ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at each stage of the recruitment processA results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scaleThe ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demandsLove for problem solving and working with data to make strategic and tactical decisionsBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
