Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries (approx. 80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.Client Support: Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.Problem-Solving: Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.Sales and Product Information: Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.Training Details: Duration: 3 weeks (conducted in English).Content:Training on software systems for electronic data processing.Comprehensive product and service overview.Customer relationship management and consultation techniques.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.160 hours per month.Requirements: Languages:Native-level German proficiency.B2-level English proficiency.Skills:Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office.Basic hardware knowledge.Experience:Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.This role offers a dynamic working environment, whether remote or based in Lisbon, with strong support for professional growth.
