What you'll do CV analysis and outbound pre-selection calls; Evaluation of tests andassessments; Selection interviews; Information and guidance of candidates throughout the entire selection process; Creation and sharing ofaccurate job offers; Precise handling of administrative processes; Positive representationof the HR department within the company as well as externally; Your Profile Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role; Motivation to work on the phone (outbound calls) and positive attitude towards the call center environment; Motivation to work in asales-related and performance-driven role; Positive attitude and great communication skills; Well organized and goodPC knowledge (MS Office and internet applications); Motivation to work fromhome; Minimum C1 in one of the following: Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Arabic, Turkish or Hebrew; High level of English (verbal, reading, writing).
