Work with client hiring managers and human resources, as well as Accenture shared services professionals, to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner;Recruit for different career levels and job opportunities;Consistently build, maintain and display a sound understanding of the client's industry;Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential new sourcing channels and techniques;Conduct highly collaborative discussions with hiring managers and determine recruitment selection criteria;Participate in HR planning to support the development of recruitment related HR policies and procedures;Work with other stakeholders to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts;Review candidates against client criteria and present screened shortlist to hiring manager;Conduct or facilitate candidate assessments;Monitor and track candidate pipeline;Extend and negotiate offers, communicate results and organize start dates;Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates;Qualifications:Graduate/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent job experience;1 year minimum of experience in Recruiting functions/activities;Interest in working in an international team;Persistent, dynamic and proactive in the search for the best candidates;Good organizational skills, focusing on quality, processes and results;Good presentation and communication skills;Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with different projects simultaneously;Fluent in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).About us:Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security.
