Your psychological expertise will be crucial in understanding and evaluating candidate motivations and behaviors.Key Responsibilities:Source and engage passive candidates using various recruitment channels.Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Utilize psychological principles to understand candidate motivations and behaviors.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.Qualifications:Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on sourcing passive candidates.Background in psychology, with relevant education or work experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
