Recruiter/Hr Specialist

As a Recruiter you'll help us make placements for our clients, who are spread across several countries such as Portugal, The Netherlands, and Germany. As an HR specialist you can work in-house or in consulting, helping our clients with recruitment and with both Employer Branding projects and People & Culture projects. You're ready to join us if you: Communicate like a pro – with both clients and candidates; Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment; Are looking for a youngand dynamic team; Want to join a growing company. If you are a Recruiter, we expect you to: Have a proven track record of success in recruitment (around 2 years at least); Be a sourcing magician who can unearth hidden talent pools; Have good negotiation skills to secure top candidates; If you are an HR Specialist, we expect you to: Have a proven track record of success developing and implementing Employer Branding projects; Have experience implementing People & Culture projects; Analyze data and bring improvements for the organization on the HR/people side.
